Step 1:  Contact Us

To begin your booking, reach out to us in the way that’s most convenient for you! You can contact us by:

  • Direct message on social media

  • Using the "Contact Us" form on our website

  • Chatting with us directly on our website

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll work closely with you to recommend the best rental option for your occasion, whether it’s inflatable rentals, soft play packages, or a combination of both.

Step 2:  Personalized Planning (for Soft Play Rentals)

For Soft Play rentals, we go the extra mile to make sure everything fits your party’s theme. We’ll create a custom mock-up based on your desired colors and style. After collaborating with you on the design, we’ll finalize the mock-up for your approval, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Step 3:  Securing Your Booking

Once we've created the perfect rental package, we'll send you an invoice for your $50 deposit via Square to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two days before delivery.

We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience, including:

  • Credit or debit card

  • CashApp

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

  • Cash

  • Afterpay (with a 6% non-refundable service fee)
